Dave did the carpets for my grandma's living room, stairs, and downstairs bedroom, and his team did a fantastic job! They were prompt, efficient, clean, pleasant, and professional. They even sent a lovely flower arrangement as a thanks! 10/10 would recommend

The product, pricing and service were great! We ordered LVP and picked up when it was ready - even thought they didn't install the flooring, they took great care of us! Abby was a so impressive using the fork lift for delivery right into our vehicle!

I highly recommend the floor coverings international experience. This was the best way to purchase carpet in my opinion. Samples were brought right to our home and after discussing the project. The salesperson Dave had 3 great choices for us. This eliminated the process of looking through a carpet store sample by sample and getting confused. Look at that after selecting a couple choices. We received a quote the next day and were able to make an educated decision. Ordering The carpet was a breeze and it came in a few weeks later. They called to set up installation. The installers showed up on time, were really excellent and did a terrific job. The whole process was very professional. It's a Dave came a few days later to inspect the project and give us a sample of a spot remover. I would absolutely recommend this company.

This company has been amazing to work with and my new floors and baseboards look amazing! They truly care about their business. I needed to push back my installation date at the last minute due to an asbestos flooring scare and they were incredibly understanding and worked with me along the way. Dave is wonderful to work with and is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend this company! Worked with other companies in the past that always seemed scammy and unprofessional, but not Flooring Coverings International- I will definitely choose them for all flooring services in the future. Thank you for being a trustworthy company!!!

Excellent service, they helped us find exactly what we were looking for in our bedroom and were able to install very quickly for us. Phone staff was great and Matt was very transparent with all of our inquiries-- will definitely be getting carpet through them again!

I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. All the staff seemed to know exactly what was going on, which shows they communicate really well as a team. Dave, the salesperson, was excellent and worked with me even when I changed my order at the last minute. Shane, who handled the installation, did a fantastic job as well. Everything was delivered and installed on time as planned. Overall, very smooth and professional service.
