Very nice people to work with. Floors look amazing! So glad I decided to replace old, worn-out carpeting and damaged laminate "wood" floors! I would recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone thinking about new flooring. Call them and get a quote. Their prices are affordable.

We moved to Oregon in May, and needed flooring for 700sqft. This company was chosen after comparing the products and prices with 2 other companies that gave us quotes. Excellent agent who came to our place (Randy), who got us a great discount (and guided me where to go fishing!), excellent communication from Donna, and also excellent work from Artur, the installer. They were all organized, communicative, and punctual. When we change the flooring in the rest of the house we will definitely go with them.

I was very happy with the work done by FCI. From start to finish they did an amazing job; Danielle went over prices with me and helped me select new carpets within my budget that helped transform the look of the house. The entire team worked to ensure that all needs were being met and I loved the amount of communication that I received. From scheduling with Donna to chatting with the Project Manager, Jordan, and then working with the installer Leo it was a smooth process that turned out amazing! Thank you to the FCI team, the house looks amazing!

Really hate to do this as I gave this company so many chances to make it right. Their technicians put a huge gash in a bathroom door when they reinstalled some floor boards. They came out and fixed the nail that was causing the problem, but then told me I had to do the repainting myself. They also moved a washer/dryer unit that was working perfectly before they moved it and was only 3 years old. When my tenant returned and tried to use the washer again, it was broken. The company sent out a handy-man, not a service person, and he couldn't figure out what was wrong. Now I'm on the hook for the repair that they caused and they won't do anything about it. The flooring they installed looks good, but at this point I don't care because of the way they dealt with the problems they caused.

I initially was contacted by Kevin Stone, Design Associate, who was very personable and thorough in his presentation and Estimate of our Flooring needs. Carlos was our Installer today. He also was very personable. We struck up a conversation about the Seattle Mariners. It turns out that he and his Family are very avid Baseball Fans! Carlos was not only very thorough with his work but also very quick. He also provided great input as to new Baseboard to Install in which I went out to Lowe's Home Improvement to purchase. He the cut it to fit and Installed around the new Flooring, which was greatly appreciated!
