We are extremely pleased with the sanding and finishing done to our oak floor. It looks great, and the work took less time than we expected. Kurt managed it all, even the tricky and difficult spots very professionally. I am very picky about the work done in my home and this work certainly meets my standards.

I love my new floors, and was so impressed with the professionalism of the install team. They were very knowledgeable when something unexpected came up, and gave us some great options without trying to upsell us. I was pleasantly surprised with how quick they got the job done, and they were conscious about cleaning up afterwards and left my house looking great. I would definitely recommend them!

We chose Floor Coverings International Spokane to install the flooring at our new business location, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. After comparing different options, it was clear they were the right choice. Their pricing was fair, the quality of the products and installation was excellent, and the service went above and beyond. The white-glove process included 3D renderings of our space, which made decision-making so much easier. We also loved that they brought the samples directly to us—it was far more convenient and helped us visualize the best options in our actual space instead of a showroom. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International Spokane, and we’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Carter and team are a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Our job had to be split into 2 parts with a 45 day delay in the middle but they were flexible and patient at every step. Installation Manager Garrett is an excellent communicator and made a special trip to the jobsite when material was also delayed. I give them my highest recommendation without reservation!

Everyone we worked with was amazing! They have superior customer service and the in home consultation to the finished product was effortless. Didn't have to leave our home during the process at all. They all have fantastic communication and install was done in one day for 3 of our bedrooms. Would highly recommed!!
