Poor Rating is due to the business, not the installation. Dale was a great installer, efficient and kind. His work looked good and he got a big room done quick. BUT The poor review is due to the wrong carpet being installed. We ordered a darker grey carpet, and what was installed was a lighter version. When we called and had the original saleswoman come out to see in person, she verified that it was NOT the carpet we ordered. We were told that the version we ordered was in stock, and we would hear back from them soon to remedy the situation. 2 days later with no update, our contractor reached out and was told by the business that they had installed the correct carpet, and we would not be receiving the darker one they had in stock, contradicting what the saleswoman had confirmed earlier. We are left frustrated at the miscommunication, but are hopeful to work something out. If we can, the rating will go way up. Overall Dale rocks.

100% recommend! I had a difficult project, a budget, and impossible time restraints, but they worked a miracle for me. Top-tier communication from Rena, impeccable workmanship, flexible scheduling, and a reasonable price even when an additional contractor was needed to get the job done right. I will absolutely be reaching out again when I'm ready for new projects!

They were helpful and honest. Rena had an amazing amount of samples to show me in her van, but she guided me to the 5 in my color and thickness range. They did a great job on the installation and left the place clean and beautiful. Absolutely happy. Recommend them without hesitation!

I had a great experience with Rena at Floor Coverings International. She had a million samples in her van and was a great advisor, explaining my options and never pressuring me or upselling. The bedroom carpeting turned out great and she was right about the memory foam underlayment; I do stretch out on the floor every day and it feels terrific! They were fast and reasonable. What else can you ask for? Call them!

Floor Coverings International installed new carpet in my living room and dining room and did a fantastic job. The installers were very professional and cleaned up the new carpet quite nicely. after installing it. Rena the saleswoman was so personable and helped me find the perfect color and the quality of the carpet is excellent. And she loved my little dog Riley who is so cute.

Working with Floor Coverings International was a great experience from start to finish. Rena was straightforward, personable, and communicative throughout the entire process—from the initial quote to the completion of the project. She was patient, detail-oriented, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. The project was for my first floor to include the living room, kitchen, main entrance hallway and half bathroom. The job was completed efficiently in just a day and a half, and the results were outstanding. Dale and Sergio did an amazing job with the installation—professional, skilled, and thorough. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality work and a seamless experience!

Courtney was great to work with on the estimate. I would have given a 5 star, but was not completely satisfied with the crew. They were very hard working but failed to check a bedroom door to be sure the carpet worked with the door. They left and I went to close the door and it was broken. They did not let us know which was unfortunate. They knew because they left out a hinge pin. Anyways, Courtney came right out and one of his colleagues was able to fix the door, which I am very happy with. They made it right. The carpet is beautiful ❤️

Courtney and his team were fast, efficient, great at communicating, professional, and so easy to work with. Team: I really appreciate your help with the job, it was such a great experience. You were quick to call, quick to come over, quick to provide samples, and quick to get the job completed. You have been the easiest company to work with so far and I really appreciate your assistance. Your installers were even kind enough let me know when they were done, show me the space, and then to honk as they left so that I knew they were out and I could go close up.
