We had vinyl flooring installed in our basement, and our experience with the company representative Phillip was outstanding! Even though we ran into a few issues and were crunched for time, the rep went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved quickly and professionally. He listened to our concerns, stayed in touch throughout the process, and ensured the job was completed on time and to our satisfaction. Phillip’s dedication and customer care truly stood out. He is an asset to the company!

Found Floor Coverings International via Angi’s List, and they were quick to respond and schedule. Reviewed options next day, Got great selections and quality to choose from and received a reasonable and affordable bid quickly and scheduled work. Owner very communicative and responsive. Workers were on time and professional. Got everything done quickly without foregoing quality with both existing removal and install. I fell the company is honest and works hard for their clients to secure future business partnership flooring needs with their clients. They are family run which I have appreciated and respect. I would definitely use them again for my flooring needs for my home and also my rental properties.

We have recently moved into the area to a home with an associated outbuilding that had some floor covering needs. Being unfamiliar with the local vendors, I did a search and came up with about six or seven different ones. I made a contact attempt with each one of them. While everyone was kind, the quality of response is varied. By far, the best response was Floor coverings International and so I asked that the representative come out to view the project so that they could make a bid. It was a small project, about 1000 ft.² of flooring, and we frankly didn’t know exactly what we even wanted in terms of even the material – carpet, LVP, etc. A representative, Phillip, reached out before he came to our home in order to familiarize himself with the project so that he may bring the appropriate samples. Phillip was perfectly on time arranged, and was also in touch when he was en route with time estimates just in case. Arrived highly prepared. He not only could answer questions about the pros and cons of the different types of flooring and so forth, but has a design background so that he brings to the table a highly developed aesthetic sense that goes beyond merely product knowledge. In our case, and I would presume others, we had general ideas, but it was Phillip that could bring all the pieces together painlessly. We arranged to have some LVP flooring installed in this first “trial” room. From there, our experience even before the actual installation, led us to got from a one project customer to being a two project customer as my wife had an office room that she wanted to get be carpeted. Again, Phillip came to our home, made some suggestions and the two products were installed despite being disparate materials and so installation work. Installation went very well, as the same installers Hymie and Rafael were skilled in both LVP and carpeting, they did a very capable job and the couple of concerns we did raise were handled immediately and well. Based on those, we had the confidence to proceed on another room and so went from being a one project to a two project and then a three project customer! It was just so easy when it all went so well. The reason was not only the project execution, but the service that Phillip has provided in his representation. Many questions arose, and he was always most responsive. The third project has not yet been installed because we are still in the middle of painting that room. Once that is accomplished, then the carpeting that we purchased through Phillip and Floor coverings International will be installed. We shop for value not just price and Floor coverings International has provided both – a very good price for the flooring , and the quality of which we are completely pleased with. And lastly just as key is the service during and after the sale from Phillip. That’s what ultimately led us to add two additional sales from FCI to the original one we were investigating, and as time goes on in our renovations, we anticipate more.

We had Andrea and her team remodel my mother's house laat month and we were astounded at what they did! The remodel was fast, affordable and well done It was very easy working with Andrea and she wa always available whenever we had questions and even suggested a few things that helped keep it within budget!
