I have had the pleasure of knowing the owners of Floor Coverings International of Seattle - Eastside for a number of years. They pay attention to details and possess a great understanding of various products. They are able to develop a design incorporating multiple elements (flooring, wall treatments, paint ...) into a cohesive and stylish concept. They are also very easy to work with and pleasant in person.

My dealing with this company was very fair. I felt heard and going in I thought I knew what I wanted but ended up with having to change the proposals multiple times and it was handled with ease. The pricing was fair and I felt heard in the negotiations. The workmanship on the new vinyl flooring was excellent and done on time. I would highly recommend this company.

Andrea and Chris were super responsive and buzzed up to Whidbey Island two days after my call! We had a very tired carpet with wrinkles in it that I was afraid were a tripping hazard. They helped my Dad pick out a perfect match to the hall carpet and had it installed next week! Amazing customer service- I will definitely use them again for all of my clients! And as far as the new carpet… my Dad said he LOVES how plush it feels on his feet:) Mission accomplished- thank you so much!!
