Great customer service from the beginning of the project until completion. Axel (the Norfolk, VA franchise owner) personally stopped by the property multiple times per day to ensure installation was running smoothly and on track. Will be using Floor Coverings International in the near future.

I found Mr. Axel’s company on Thumbtack. I needed my floor refinished within a couple of days because my family is coming for July 4th weekend and I wanted my furniture delivered. Anyways, I messaged him on a Friday and on Saturday he was at my house at 8 am to give me a quote. I was able to finance the cost which helps tremendously in this economy. His team started working on my floors a couple days later and had everything done in 2 days!!! They were professional, efficient, and quick. The price is reasonable for the quality of service you will receive. Thank you Mr. Axel and Marvin!

This company I found on thumbtack, I did used them and I was satisfied with. I would strongly recommend this company. They will not try to beat you over the head with enormous price tag. Try them out give me a try and see for yourself!!!!!

Had SUCH a great experience with Axel and his company. I knew from the introduction they were going to be my company. I recently had a bad experience with contractors and was very nervous to hire someone to come into my home again, but Axel and his employees made my husband and I feel secure from the beginning. And popping in to see the progress was so exciting due to the fact they were SO FAST. They only took a day and a morning to finish! Not to mention Axel communicated every step of the process from order, delivery, and start date. Couldn’t be more impressed!

What a wonderful flooring company! I used them for my personal home and also for a 12 unit building in Va. Beach that needed new carpet in the common areas. I would not hesitate to recommend this fabulous company!

Axel was very informative. He answered all my questions I had. He worked with me and my family. His crew did a fantastic job! My floors were absolutely horrible . They came took out subfloor , replaced subfloor, some beams. They asked me how I would like my new floor put down. His people were efficient, fast, and good. A rare find these days. Alex the foreman kept me up to date on everything being done. Axel came and checked to make sure everything was going well. Needless to say I and my family are very happy with our new floors. We will be calling on Axel and his team again! Below you will see the before and after. Like I said 😍
