Floor Coverings International was great through the whole process. Marie and Max worked with us to get us back to normal after some extensive repairs that removed our flooring. They helped us pick out product, gave us a very reasonable quote and were helpful and communicative throughout. We are very happy with the work that they did installing our floors. They honored their appointments with us on time and they were also super helpful and understanding when we had to reschedule due to other conflicting contracting work. Will call them again if we ever need any floor work done in the future.

The installation of a carpet runner on our hardwood stairs is fantastic and customer service is outstanding!! I’m not completely satisfied with the quality of the carpet for the amount of money we paid, however I would recommend this business.

An absolutely five - star experience. Marie was the original sales consultant and was very helpful in choosing a carpet that suited our home and lifestyle. She was not pushy or focused on a sale, which made us choose the company. Max and his crew were kind and considerate - went above and beyond and even brought in a package for me! I will absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anyone who needs new flooring!

The carpet was removed from the second floor of our home and replaced with oak flooring. The entire team was great to work with, moving the furniture and replacing when done.
