Jim was my main point of contact, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, responsive, and clearly knowledgeable. The crew did an outstanding job installing my new gutters — the work was high quality, completed on time, and the area was left spotless. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how seamless everything turned out. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Jim and his team again. Highly recommended!

They did a great job. I was planning on doing the floors myself, but wanted to price match to see how much more it would be for someone else to do it. They came back with a very reasonable price and it made sense to let the professionals do it. When the floors were installed they were not complete up to my standard, I tried to pay but they wouldn’t accept payment until I was completely satisfied they sent the crew back to my house to make the final adjustments . I would be happy to recommend floor covering international to any friend or family.

Jim and FCI were amazing through the entire process. Upfront, honest and helpful with no hidden fees or cost! From initial consult to walking us through different flooring options, bringing in samples, listening to our needs and staying in constant communication it was an easy process. The mobile show room was a game changer for us with a crazy schedule and limited time FCI brought everything to us. It also allowed us to actually see the flooring in our home prior to making a choice Carlos and his team showed up when they said they would and absolutely exceeded our expectations w demo, removal and install of floors and new baseboards. They kept the chaos of renovating while living in the house minimal, keeping things organized and well cleaned up through the work day. Will definitely be recommended them to anyone I can and will absolutely be using FCI for any future home flooring renovations. 10/10 experience

Jim and his people were amazing. I’m currently remodeling an enclosed trailer to be my new mobile spray tanning salon. I had previously hired contractors to help me do some work that I was physically unable to do by myself as being a small woman and couldn’t hold things up by myself and attach. These contractors that I had used literally stapled down my flooring that I had bought and didn’t finish the job I paid them to do resulting in more time for the build to not be completed as well as money lost! I reached out to Jim via phone and he got with his guys to see if they could do it. He confirmed they could do it for me and we scheduled the install. The guys that came were super friendly and did a wonderful job on my flooring and I couldn’t be happier and they were done and leaving in an hour. One step closer to the finish line. I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you’re on the fence they did amazing work.

Wonderful experience! I love that they have a mobile showroom so you can see the samples in your space before making a decision. It is extremely helpful that they are so knowledgeable in the different products that they offer and they are able to help make that decision. Communication was excellent and the work was done quickly and exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again for future projects! This project was for a 10x10 shed we are turning into a little art/entertainment studio for the backyard :)
