It was a pleasure doing business with FCI They met all of our needs, worked around our schedule, Made it easy to choose and made sure we weren't making any bad decisions about the carpet choices, installed it in less than a week, moved the furniture in and out of the rooms and they were patient and didn't leave until we were perfectly satisfied. They may not have been the cheapest company , but a floor covering investment is very important when you have 9 grandsons. I highly recommend them.

We have worked with numerous floor companies and installers over the years. Rich and Floor Coverings Intl is our best experience by far. Rich is transparent, fair, and honest. I totally trust the guy. Moreover, our installer Josh was incredible. Our older house presented several challenges that were unknown until the carpet was up. Josh developed excellent solutions to each issue and he and Rich worked to keep us at or below our estimate. They are an excellent team! My highest recommendation for both of them.
