He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I really appreciated that he didn’t pressure me or try to upsell anything. Johnnie explained everything really well and went over details of the installation so I understood everything clearly. One thing I was not aware of prior to this was that the toilets would have to be taken up and then reinstalled. Many floor companies have you get a plumber to do that instead. Getting a plumber and timing it with floor installation is extremely inconvenient. Johnnie was really nice and patient with all my questions. The installation was really quick. They installed carpet and flooring, which I had purchased elsewhere, and did an excellent job. The floor looks fantastic! I love that I could have everything done by one person: carpet, floor, Toilets. Afterwards, the walls did need touching up of paint due to scratches from floor installation and the trim needed painting, because the caulk made it look yellow.

The team at Floor Coverings International (specifically Joseph and Johnny) are knowledgeable, professional, and take the time to really understand what you’re looking for. The convenience of their in-home consultations is an added bonus. You can see what the floor will actually look like in your home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for new floors in Bryan/College Station

This FCI team does an amazing job for us. They have worked on a few different properties for us and their process is seemless and easy. They do a great job keeping us informed. Give them the keys to your rentals and they will take care of it. This team has even helped us identify where some of our other trades have not fully completed their work and have been able to fix those as well. Johnnie and Amanda have built a great company. They will not be the cheapest, but they will be the easiest to work with!
