Our experience with Floor Coverings International was excellent from beginning to end. Brea, the sales associate was polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful in offering advice in choosing our product. Install coordinator Ray was thoughtful in scheduling to work with our busy schedule. Finally, installers Issa and Elias were professional, timely, and did a fantastic job! They were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves each day. We are super pleased with our new flooring, and will use them again in the future.

The installer, Brian, was very professional, worked hard and completed the job in 2 days. I am extremely happy with my new flooring and smile every time I think about the hole in the floor then and my beautiful bathroom/hallway now! I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

I think you should have better options for Financing. The work was excellent. Brea was very good at answering any questions I had. Also a better return policy for extra product.
