We had a wonderful experience with Tim and his team. Tim showed up on time and was able to give us three different quotes in under an hour. He communicated with us promptly throughout the project. We needed the floors done quickly, and they worked with our schedule beyond expectations. We closed on the house and got the quote on Monday, and the floors were finished by Friday. The installer, Elvin, was a true pro. He was able adjust his approach due to lack of a subfloor, and refinished our 100 year old wood floors beautifully. There was one major crack in one of the boards, he filled it to be totally smooth with the rest of the floor. There were many other rough patches and nails in the floor, and when he was done they were all smooth. He also completely sealed off the stairs and rooms that weren’t being used, and at the end the dust in the rooms being refinished was minimal. Would absolutely recommend Tim his team, and hope to work with them again!

We previously worked with FCI and had a good experience. After that experience we thought we were safe to do our stairs and continue other projects. Unfortunately the new experience was unsatisfactory our stairs were installed with a lip and aren’t flush the installer claims that it is how it is supposed to be. However according to their flooring provider (Shaw) when given the floor we picked the stairs should not have a lip and should be flush. When originally quoted and discussed the project we were told our floors would be flush that also didn’t happen. After the stairs were installed the FIRST time my husband went up them and the stair tread broke. They came out and reinforced them but. Communication was lacking and we are very unimpressed and very disappointed with the project.
