Overall great to work with! Some of the flooring was custom so there was some delay in getting the materials and scheduling installation. Crew was great. Worked hard to complete the job quickly. They were very neat and considerate of furniture and other flooring which wasn't being replaced

We had a great experience with Frank from Floor Coverings International. After getting an offer, we took a couple of weeks to decide, and what we really appreciated was that Frank didn’t pressure us or send constant follow-up messages. He gave us the space and time we needed, which speaks volumes about his professionalism. He’s a great sales guy; honest, respectful, and easy to work with. Once we were ready, the process was smooth, the workers showed up on time, and the finished job was amazing. The floor was ordered within a day, and the job was done a week later! Amazing! We couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

Best experience from shopping to install. Todd was so helpful and taught us so much. Christian and his crew were so understanding the day of the carpet install making sure our cats were ok. Glad I called them. So happy, scheduled our kitchen floor install too. Would use them again. Thank you.

Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any flooring projects. Leigh Ann was great to work with, helping us with the design phase, and did a great job coordinating with all the other contractors on our kitchen remodel. The met our beat every deadline they set which made things go smoothly. There installers are OUTSTANDING. They literally ripped out all of our old flooring on the entire 1st floor, and installed our new hardwood floors in a one day. There attention to detail is amazing. Leigh Ann and her husband both made visits to the site to ensure everything was going smoothly. We have already hired them to take do our 2nd floor. Thanks for doing such an amazing job.

My experience with Floor Coverings International was awesome. FRANK provided superior customer service, he followed up every step of the way giving us updates on the process. My hard wood floors look amazing and the plush carpet that was installed is simply beautiful. We are forever customers and will be using them for our next basement flooring project.
