I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Floor Coverings International of Harrisburg! Choosing carpeting at a box store or even a flooring store seemed impersonal and overwhelming, but Wendy listened to what I was seeking, took time to understand my tastes and my "wants" and began directing me to selecting. From start to finish, this woman-owned business focused on getting my selections right — not just selling me a product. The owner truly listened, guided me through options, and made sure every detail aligned with my vision. Her team was exceptional — they moved every piece of furniture with care and installed a houseful of new flooring in just a couple of days. What I had dreaded as a huge, stressful project turned out to be a relatively smooth and surprisingly positive experience. My home feels completely refreshed and more beautiful than ever. Of course, with a project of this size there were a few minor hiccups, but they were handled quickly and professionally. I have zero regrets and absolutely recommend this company to friends and clients — in fact, I already have! If you want a flooring company that values your satisfaction as much as the sale, this is the one to call.

They are very professional made you feel like family. I was worried about a scam, but every time I reached out they responded right away. It took a little longer then expected for the carpet to come, but when it did and we got our installation date, they were on time and clean up after themselves. I was very proud with my carpet. From Wendy to Dan and his crew and even the business manager who sent out a holiday card. Love this company highly recommended. Thank you so much.

Wendy is very knowledgeable about the flooring she offers. She explained the properties of each one and had samples for me to choose from in the room I was renovating. Communications with Wendy were excellent and I appreciated that her responses to my inquiries were prompt. Her installation crew arrived on time and got straight to work. They were courteous and respectful of my house. They took away all debris when they finished and my new floor looks wonderful.

Problems from start to (I guess this is their version of ) finish. Wrong carpet installed first. They did come back and put the right one down but the seam is awful and noticeable right through the main part of living room! Our steps were not nailed down correctly and keep popping up and have nails and staples poking out tat our kids have stepped on repeatedly. When i spoke with Wendy and Dan they were to send the people out to fix it. The workers got here and had no idea of the scope of work and did not speak much English. They told me Dan would call me that evening to get a solution and he never did. Overpriced and not worth it!!
