Poor communication.. If project is too big or they can not handle - they are not responding. No customer service. You never get a live person when you call them.

Had an appointment Sat at 10 30 no call no show . I called and texted multiple times . Only when I called the company and left a message did I get a text an hour later then responded ok when can you be here. Got no response until another hour and a half when I left a message on the company s machine again. Was excited after all these great reviews . Disappointed that no one in management followed up today. That s what would have been an appropriate response.
