I met Zach at his warehouse on a Monday. He spent time with me helping to pick out flooring and answering all my questions. He offered informed advice on what products to use and adapt to our climate best. I feel that he gave me a good price on my purchase and he delivered my flooring timely as promised. YES I would purchase from FCI again.

Highly recommend Floor Coverings International West OKC! We called them after seeing their high reviews, and after working with them we can attest to their accuracy! Zach brought exactly what we were looking for regarding carpet type as samples for our appointment, including taking the time to research and ensure that they were Green Label Plus certified. We found the perfect plush carpet for our house, and the team that installed it was professional, hard-working, and fast! The entire house was re-carpeted in a day, and it was done really well. Zach was also extremely communicative throughout the process including answering any questions we had. We are so glad we found this company!

Zach and his team at FCI West OKC provided an exceptional shopping, installation, and overall experience. Zach provided constant proactive communication throughout the process and was a great partner for our whole house reflooring project. We felt the cost of the investment was fair and clear. I cannot recommend Zach and FCI West OKC enough to anyone who is looking for a partner in redoing their floors.

Had our bathroom floor removed, sanded and then placed a new tile floor. Floor Coverings Int. was quick with a quote and had the job done within 2 weeks. The team that did the work were professional and did a great job. Would highly recommend! Thanks Zach for coordinating this project!

Zach and Abigail with Floor Coverings International were great to work with. They were prompt in all communications and were generously patient with us during our tile selection process, since we were replacing carpet in our living room and unable to match our existing hallway tile. Value for money was a 5 star, but I wasn't prepared for all the dust that would coat our adjacent areas. I wish I was told what to expect and I would have covered everything in my house. Living room turned out great. Our kid loves riding her scooter all around the house now! Would recommend them in the future.
