Great experience with people who truly care about what they're doing. They gave us so much information to help us make the best decision for our project and our family. Christine and Scott were super helpful and knowledgeable, and made it a very personable experience for us. Jeb, the project manager that works with the contractors kept us informed throughout the process. And Jorge, the contractor, was super friendly and great at his job as well! We highly recommend this company and will absolutely be using them again for our next flooring project!

We had a great experience. Scott and Jeb were very friendly and easy to talk to. Christine came out to our house with their mobile showroom and was so informative we learned a bunch about the materials, the process, and maintenance. They also had a great selection. Jorge installed the carpet quickly and made sure we were happy with the work. Scott and Christine did a walkthrough after and treated us like their number 1 customer even though we were only doing a small bedroom. The price was better than the other quotes we got too. I'm not sure how we could have been more satisfied with the whole experience. If you need any flooring definitely give these guys a call. You won't regret it.

We had carpet and hardwood flooring supplied and installed by Scott Blomgren Franchise owner of Floor Covering International. All the personnel and contractors were very courteous and attentive to their work. The quality of the floor coverings were excellent. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with this company and personnel. They kept us informed. Showed up when they were scheduled. They were fast and efficient. And everything was cleaned up when they left. We highly recommend them and they will be our go to company for future floor covering jobs.

I had the most unexpected and amazing experience with Floor Coverings International. I accidentally called them about an issue I was having with an order—only to realize, after they had already started troubleshooting, that I had contacted the wrong company. And yet, instead of brushing me off, they were kind, patient, and immediately ready to help. When I let them know about the mix-up, they were incredibly understanding and gracious. That level of kindness, understanding, and genuine customer care is almost unheard of these days. These are seriously some of the most compassionate and professional people I’ve encountered. Even though I wasn't yet a customer, they treated me like one—and now I definitely am. From now on, I’ll only be ordering from here. In a world where great service is getting harder to find, this team stands out in the best way. They’ve earned my loyalty, and they deserve everyone’s business.
