Very professional company. They communicated throughout the purchase and installation. The in home process of viewing the different types of carpeting made the selection easy. I recommend this company over the big box stores for flooring.

John and his team were very thorough and helpful when picking out the right flooring for our home. Competitive pricing and the quality of work really made a difference. While working with home service companies in the past, it always felt like we were pressured into making a purchase. This was not the case with Floor Coverings International. They are the only flooring company I would highly recommend!

We were extremely happy with floor coverings international West! The materials were excellent and the colors were perfect. Matt and his brother did a super fabulous job of ripping out our carpet and replacing our floor and laying floor covering. If we could give them 10 stars we would! Compared to the big box stores and other competitors, they are much more transparent about pricing and customer service! Got everything installed on time and were very friendly! The right price for quality and good customer service, not the cheapest, but worth the no hassle experience.
