I am very satisfied with Floor Coverings International, the level of professionalism, product knowledge and customer service from sales to the installation team was excellent. Sales walked me through the different products keeping my budget in mind and helping me pick the best flooring product for my home. The install was scheduled pending the product arrival and in a timely manner. The floor installer team were on time, and very cordial. They explained that it would be a two day install and what would take place on each day. The installers were proficient and cleaned up at the end of each day. I couldn’t believe the improvement the new flooring has made in my home! Thank you so much, I really appreciate it the service I’ve received.

Insurance is a strange business but this review is about FCI. Short intro story, 20 yo water heater finally gave up the ghost. Ended up soaking the mechanical area, hallway and living area in the basement. FCI came from our insurance company after we tried working with the reclamation company who apparently didn’t want our business for a small job. FCI came out very quickly with samples. They have a contract with the insurance company so had all the details about what they would pay. Several levels from least to most expensive and at what level it would start coming out of our pocket using up the ins. money and the deductible. Don’t think the quality of carpet was substandard. It is very nice. FCI great at communicating. I knew everything that was happening including any delays. Two installers were top notch. They had to move larger furniture items that I could not move myself including 8’ pool table and of course put it back. Cleaned up after, took all old carpeting, padding and trash. Other than a few scratches in wall paint, they did no damage. Follow up by FCI also great. Stopped over to see finished job, and paperwork. Also received a call to make sure we were still satisfied and reminder to the warranty. Highly recommend!

The whole team there went above and beyond our expectations! We had actually made a purchase at a big box store. After measurement discrepancies and many delays, we canceled and looked for another company to use. Their price was comparable, PLUS they did everything! The big box store required us to move appliances and lift and reset the toilet and a few other things. The installers, Daniel and Sammy, were so pleasant to work with and did a beautiful job!! When they left, all furniture was properly replaced, and we were ready to just reset small items! We couldn’t be more pleased, and will use Matt Moten and Floor Coverings International for any other flooring & carpet needs.

We had Floor Coverings of Stow come out and quote us new flooring. Matt was awesome to work with and gave us so much great information on what was best for us. The installers were professional, clean and efficient! We couldn’t be happier with our new flooring!!
