Floor Covering International replaced all of the carpet in our house. Excellent product, excellent service, and an excellent overall experience. They were helpful and friendly from the initial meeting to the final review. Their installation team was fun, friendly, concerned and overall did a top notch job! Highly recommend Lauren, Todd and their team! I feel we got great prices, great quality product, and great service!

We had Floor Coverings International back this year to replace several rooms plus stairs with upgraded wall to wall carpet. They moved the heavy furniture, removed the old carpet and pad, carefully measured and installed the new ones, cleaned up the fibers that came loose, and got it all done in one day. We are very happy with the job.

5 stars out of Five! Lauren and her team took their time to help me match porcelain floors, wood floors and carpet! Todd and the installer did a perfect installation! I was able to ask questions and ask for advice where it was their expertise! Phase one of my floor project is beautiful! I am so excited for the second phase! FCI ROCKS!!! Excellent service!! Locally owned & operated. The owners, Todd & Lauren are professional and extremely knowledgeable in their field. Communication was not an issue, follow up was fantastic! I will recommend FCI to friends and family. Their installation crew are quick and clean up after themselves. Excellent experience.

I had been living with folded/bunched up carpeting for a few years! When I had my very expensive carpeting installed a few years ago, it didn’t take long to see folds in the carpeting since it wasn’t installed properly. I tried to get the original installer to fix it, but they never returned my calls. I had just about given up on it until I called Floor Coverings. Their rep came out right away to give me an estimate and set a date. I had to do some preliminary work in moving around furniture, cleaning off shelves, etc. in the affected rooms and much took some time. But it was oh so worth it! The carpet repairman did an awesome job! I really can’t say enough about their friendliness and professionalism and how they got the job done!! Now I finally have the carpeting I should have had! I can’t thank Floor Coverings International enough!

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. They worked with us and with our other contractors to take out and replace floors in our entire house.
