With a robust 20+ year career in the building materials industry, Paul brings a wealth of expertise from roles such as Director of Business Development for SummerSpace and Sales Manager for Quaker Windows and Doors. A proud University of Toledo alumnus, he combines his professional acumen with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Together with his business partner, Katy Kowalik, Paul runs a locally owned business that provides high-quality flooring solutions, including hardwood, carpet, stone, and tile, through a unique Mobile Flooring Showroom®. Deeply rooted in the Toledo community, Paul is dedicated to ensuring a seamless, personalized flooring experience for his clients. Residing in Perrysburg, he is happily married to his beautiful wife, Katy, and together they share a commitment to family and Toledo-area community values.
Katy Kowalik is the co-owner of Floor Coverings International of Greater Toledo, where she brings a passion for exceptional customer service and a strong foundation in business leadership. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and has spent her career building expertise in both human resources and operations.
Prior to joining the flooring industry, Katy proudly served as Director of Benefits for a large multinational corporation, where she was responsible for developing and managing comprehensive employee benefit programs on a global scale. Her experience in HR and operations has shaped her customer-first mindset and attention to detail.
