Jim was extremely professional in explaining various wood flooring options and following through with his estimate and time frame for work order. At first it appeared that the installers had done a decent job with the wood floors. I later noticed how sloppy they were with finishing details. Nails were left sticking out of door frames leaving gaps between the frame and the wall. Despite numerous calls and texts with assurances to fix the problem,I am still waiting for this project to be completed.

Stan and Eddie were fantastic. We called them on a Friday, and they had our carpets beautifully installed Monday. Lovely people, great turnaround time and reasonably price.

We just used Floor Coverings International for our first floor. We were looking to replace approx 900 sq ft of various laminate and tile with one continuous floor, and reface our stairs. From initial quote all the way to the finish, we were extremely impressed. Jim listened to what we wanted, and turned it into something we couldn't have imagined! His suggestions were really well put and finished off the project nicely (i.e. replacing the baseboard, adding wood under our cabinets for a finer finish, etc). Stan and the install team were top notch. They did the whole project in 3 days and had such attention to detail. With a 40+ year old house, surprises are inevitable, but Stan addressed anything that came up-- where we weren't have to deal with it ourselves after. They made sure everything was cleaned up and dust free when they left each night. And were so gracious and kind as we were having to walk through their workspaces to get around the house. They didn't cut corners- it looks beautiful. Excited to use them again for the upstairs next.

Floor Coverings International was amazing! They sourced a specific/unique rug for us and the installation was fantastic. Would absolutely recommend and work with them again!!

Jim and his team did a fantastic job- and it wasn’t an easy one! Bunk beds had to be disassembled and then reassembled, lots of furniture moved about but they did all this efficiently. The carpet install is perfect ! Looks amazing . Highly recommend
