The team completed the flooring work in a quality manner, the team was efficient, excellent in cleaning up after themselves. The stairs were complicated and detailed, but done excellently. Brad was there to supervise and execute the plan as promised and even sent photo updates on progress. Thank you for a great job and getting it done on time and on budget. Awesome Work! I am so pleased with my floors! The team was very easy to work with and they made my decision very easy. Many varieties to choose from. My floors are beautiful and they were finished when they told me they would be. Very professional! I would highly recommend this flooring company!

Great company and service. I called LOWES first to get an estimate and meausure my home for my project. They told me I had to come in the store - pick carpet, etc - then they would come and measure. Thought about it and said - nope, I'm going to go w/ a small business during these tough times .... to support the community. I found FCI on line and read some great reviews. They were all correct. Service - was great. Price was spot on - and they did a great job - in one day. Stairs, hallway - and put in a nice wood floor, in a guest room. On time, on budget and great team of installers and quality. I would recommend them to our neighbors and friends .... great company and husband and wife team. Very impressive!

Refloored approx 1000 sq ft in a 3-story townhouse. Brad was excellent in communicating install date, job duration, materials options, and budgetary considerations. 1 slight flaw in an otherwise impeccable installation was fixed within an hour. Great work.

Beautiful outdoor carpeting. It was really well installed after two very competent installers repaired the concrete pad and took away the old carpet. They left the work site completely picked up. On the morning of the installation, the designer and her manager both arrived at our home along with the two installers to make sure the project was set up and completed properly. The designer stopped by the next day to inspect the work and to ask for our feedback on how things went. The attention to details throughout the project was astounding. The communication was more through than we have ever experienced throughout a project. The company treated our small project as if it was the biggest project ever. Super happy. Super impressed.

Fantastic job putting in luxury vinyl flooring! The crew evened out my sloppy crooked foundation so the planks would lay properly. The bottle of cleaner is a thoughtful touch as well.

We are very grateful of Brad Brown and his team for the work and professionalism they performed and exhibited at the time our downstairs flooring was installed. They were all courteous and definitely experienced at the work they do. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to have flooring done to their home to give them a call and see how affordable and professional Brad Brown and his team work. They were awesome, they had answers for all my questions and to this day when I call, they still entertain my call since I still need to have the upstairs flooring worked on. Keep up the great work!!!

I chose FCI because of their 5-star rating and excellent reviews. My experience was quite different from everyone else. Travis was great during the flooring selection process. However, he said he would come by after the work was done. The job was completed 3 days ago, and I still haven’t heard from him. The installers were on time for our appointment and did a great job installing my vinyl planks. My floors look great. BUT-They left a huge mess- a) Every surface of my home was covered with white dust. B) There was old flooring debris all over my courtyard, back patio and in my master bath shower. C) They splattered sealant on several areas of my walls and baseboards. D) They left empty soda cans on the counter. e) There is a sticky glob of an unknown substance on my patio chair cushion. When they moved the refrigerator, they left it unplugged and didn’t tell me. This could have been a disaster if I didn’t find it hours after they left. They lifted my TV stand by the top to move it. The top came loose causing the sides to loosen. When Brad came after the crew had left, I showed him all this and he blew me off. He did clean some of the sealant off the walls and removed the soda cans. It took me about 3 hours to clean the mess and fix the TV stand. I would recommend them, but be prepared to clean up after them.
