I worked with Mark from floor coverings international and I couldn’t be happier with my new floors. I went through Costco and got both hard flooring and carpet throughout the whole house. The quality of the floors is great and the turnaround time was very quick. They finished on time and cleaned up after. They even fixed some plumbing they noticed while installing the new floors so it wouldn’t leak. Mark called me every day to make sure I was happy with everything. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

My sales rep Travis was fantastic! The install crew was not so good. They rearranged my patio furniture for their chat sessions, they drank up over a case of my bottled water that was in the fridge and several things in the house went missing. And they left my garage and car covered in sawdust and more. I contacted the team leads and they replaced what was missing. When I mentioned about all the sawdust the direct team lead said construction is messy. They didn’t have to use my garage as their place to saw the wood. . They could have covered my car with plastic. I did go onsite while they were working and asked if they had any questions but they said they were fine. This team had some really good and on point people and they had some really messy ones and some who thought things that were in the house were for them to take. It is a mixed bag. I don’t think you have to monitor people to ensure that they do the right thing. The work looked good and the product was amazing. But the hassle with the theft and other items was not appreciated. This would have been a 5 star review if the install team had not been such an issue. I am happy with the product. I just didn’t have the time to stand over them and watch them the whole install. I would not let one crazy install stop you from this product. Just make sure that this won’t happen to you

We had a seamless experience getting our floors done at a great price and deal. The consultation was in our home and it was great to see samples against our own furniture, walls, lighting. Install got scheduled right away and only took 2.5 days! I appreciated the fast work (with no sacrifice to detail of course) to minimize the interruptions to our home. Not only did we get beautiful floors but we also received 15% back of our total to a Costco giftcard since we booked through Costco. You can’t find a better incentive than that! Would definitely recommend!

From beginning to end I was pleased with my Vinyl installation. Travis listened calmly as I changed my mind again and again. And as I saw my dreadful grout with my tile I knew I was making the right choice and added to the square footage! Pedro came and explained all that would be done and who were going to do my job. Pablo & his Wife & Son AND Miguel worked so hard! All the physical labor was done without a complaint from them. They worked long hours and finished in the promised time. So let me tell you how the vinyl flooring changes the look of my home. The clean look makes my rooms look BRIGHT & MUCH LARGER! It is amazing how much it changes your home and in turn- makes me so much HAPPIER. Just GO FOR IT- you will LOVE the results

We recently had all of the flooring done in our home by Floor Coverings International and we can unequivocally state that the finished product is a WOW!!! Our Design Associate Mark Dawahare was thorough in helping us select the right laminate product and even more impressive was how dedicated he was in staying in constant contact with us throughout the job process. Equally impressive is the quality of the work by the installation team. Every member of the team worked fast, clean and were respectful of us and our home. The entire team deserves way more than the Google 5 star maximum!!
