YES!!! I paid a little more AND I got exactly what and how and when I wanted it!!! I had a major flood in my home just before the Triple Holiday season… Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. You would think, people would be in vacation mode and not really want to be bothered. On the contrary, with Janie at Floor Coverings International, I got everything I asked and paid for plus more. 1. She walked me through the process and answered every question I had without hesitation 2. She worked with me on my timeline because the Plumber and Dry Waller and painters had to do their things first. 3. She helped me with securing the financing in a reasonable timeframe for repayment 4. She introduced me to honest, hard working, meticulous workman who knew their craft ….. no corners cut 5. The workman also called on me when they had questions …… most of all they were Trustworthy and I did not have to babysit anyone in this project. 6. I changed a few things along the way and Janie did not have a problem adjusting things for me 7. When the job was done, and there was a detached dryer etc…. I called on Kevin and he came over THAT same day to fix whatever it was that was detached. NO PROBLEMS …. NO EXTRA CHARGE. It was ALL part of getting the job DONE CORRECTLY the first time. So it cost a little more….. what price do you put on peace of mind, timelines, and getting top notch quality customer service?!? PUT a number on that and it will all add up to one answer……working with Janie and the team at Floor Coverings International!

Good experience getting two rooms carpeted in Lake Las Vegas. Good showroom in Henderson to pick samples, easy to order and pay remotely, and the install person communicated well and sent pics of installed carpet.
