In addition to installing wood floors in the major living spaces and hallway, and carpet in the master bedroom and closet, Joyce coordinated tiling the bathroom and renovating our fireplace. I could not be more pleased with the results!

Floor Coverings International was great to work with. The quality of their products and installation surpassed our expectations. We met Joyce at the Reno Home and Garden Show. From this first meeting, Joyce went above and beyond to ensure we were fully satisfied. Michael did a fabulous job installing both the carpet and vinyl tile. He was so precise and did a great job leaving everything clean. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International and will use them for all of our flooring needs.

Bear and his staff were great to work with. I had two bedrooms with carpet removed and LVP installed with baseboards in one day! I would recommend them to anyone wanting professional work done in a timely manner.

Joyce, Mike, and Kameron with FCI Reno did an AMAZING job on my floors! They are VERY professional installers. Joyce went the extra mile to secure a vendor for a very specific hard wood floor I was looking for and did this within a few days! Then Mike did the most amazing job on a very challenging wood floor. Kameron showed up with confidence and also had a challenge with the tile I chose. Everything turned out beautifully I would call them again without hesitation for any future flooring installs.

A couple of months ago we got permission from our landlords to replace the flooring in our condo. We requested bids, compared proposals and chose Floor Coverings Intl., of Sparks, NV. First let me say they were not the lowest bid, but they were the most complete. They also included vapor barrier and moving heavy furniture at no cost. We dealt with Joyce and she was amazing to work with and was also the Project Manager. Her standards were high and she checked on the project frequently. Our condo is slightly under 1400 sq. ft., and the job was totally completed in 3 days including demolition, installation of new LVP on all floors, moving heavy furniture and cleanup. What was different about this company was that their installers are employees and not independent contractors. The two man crew was amazing, a father and son. Father has been installing floors for 30+ years and had great ideas about direction of installation, etc. We can recommend this company highly enough.

Joyce, the Project Manager, was great! Very responsive and easy to talk to! The installation team were professional, efficient, fast, and very willing to repair some tiles that got scratched. Excellent company!

The installers were professional at all stages of our remodel/repair, that was required as a result of a leak in our water line. They do good work, and I would have no problem giving FCI, Reno a recommendation.

Exceptional customer service and top notch installation. Great value for the quality! We contacted Floor Coverings International in Sparks, NV. I spoke to Joyce who was very responsive and helped us with our carpet replacement and installation. The fact that we had purchased a carpet and we requested only installation, she was flexible enough to accommodate our installation only. Many installers will hesitate or up charge for just install. In addition, she was aware of hour tight schedule. Joyce gave us a call to informed us to work around the schedule and complete the job 2 days before scheduled installation. I also spoke to business owner, Bear, to finalize the service order. Again, an exceptional nice business owner who did not hesitate to work with us for the best deal for such project. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International- Reno-Sparks. CALL THEM FIRST before you shop around. They have a great value for the service. GREAT JOB
