My wife and I recently purchased a house in a 55+ community. We put new carpeting the the living room and master bedroom and replaced the carpet in the sunroom with tile. We are very happy with the new flooring in our house. Steve and Katie at Floor Coverings International could not have been more attentive and professional in helping us with this endeavor. And the workmen who performed the work in our home did an excellent job.

From making time to meet with me for the first time on a Saturday morning, to carefully screening the samples he brought with him to our home in his mobile “showroom” Steve and his crew were First Class!! Their work was completed in a timely fashion and when Katie his wife was on scene supervising all was smooth as silk! Absolutely Fantastic Experience! We recently had the pleasure of working with Floor Coverings International in Hillsborough, NJ, and I can confidently say it was one of the smoothest home improvement projects we've ever had. From the start, Steve, the franchise owner, was incredibly thorough in his evaluation. He took the time to walk us through every detail, explaining exactly what was included in the estimate so there were no surprises. His professionalism and attention to detail immediately gave us confidence in our choice. The installation team was just as impressive — polite, respectful, and extremely efficient. They completed the removal and installation of carpet in four bedrooms, a hallway, and a staircase — all in just one day! The quality of their work was excellent, and they left everything neat and clean. A special shoutout to Katie, the production coordinator, who made sure the schedule worked perfectly for us. She communicated clearly, followed up promptly, and even stopped by on installation day to check on progress and make sure we were happy.
