Unfortunately, this has been an incredibly poor experience. 1. They did not complete the work as originally discussed, repairing posts from damages during Helene. 2. We were not provided same products to have apple to apple pricing, and were shared price difference after the fact. 3. They failed to guide us as the client on a carpet installation that resulted in immediate fraying and damage. 4. They sanded our floors and completed sealing. After I questioned the integrity I was given guarantee that they completed it adequately. Wrong, within one day damage occurred from normal traffic. Within one month of service, the floors are worse than before FCI serviced them. Brad made a first attempt to correct all missteps. However, after nearly a month of going back and forth to repair their failed service I am convinced that Brad and FCI do not want to correct their failed service. Brad has responded but does not provide solutions in timely fashions. Also, for weeks stated he needed to see the floors in person but never made the effort to check them in person. I was optimistic with the reviews from others, however, my experience has been the opposite.

Our hardwood floors were badly damaged courtesy of Helene. Brad, John, Eduardo, and team did an OUTSTANDING job removing and replacing the floors. A great experience and beautiful results. Definitely a 5+ star company.

We are extremely satisfied with WNC FCI Floors! Our Asheville, NC, basement looks fabulous! Every single person that we interacted with gave excellent customer service: the 3 installers, John, Brad and his scheduler! We not only have an amazing, beautiful product but the entire process was as stress free as they could make it for us. Brad even gave us a deal on the price of the product as we picked out a more expensive type than we had originally planned for. He said that he wanted to help us out. I would definitely buy from this company again! Did I say that our basement looks fabulous?!

Brad & John were wonderful to work with. Quick and open communication. They went above and beyond to find solutions to my situation and correct mistakes made by a previous installer. Didn’t meet the crew because I want on site, but seems they did a terrific job. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks guys!

It was a pleasure working with the folks at WNC FCI Floors and we love our new wood floors in the bedrooms. Jennifer was very professional and super helpful in guiding us to the right flooring decisions and keeping on top of the job scheduling and production in general. The crew - Eduardo, Jose and one other (sorry, forgot his name) were amazing. Extremely professional, skilled and wonderfully efficient. Not only did they do a great job with the flooring, but helped me move heavy furniture and worked so efficiently that it really minimized the 'downtime'. Very clean too! I had nothing to clean up when they finished. Would highly recommend this company.

When hurricane Helene came through, water leaked in our window and ruined our flooring. After gathering quotes from different contractors, I decided to go with WNC Flooring and I am SO glad I did! They have unbelievable communication and they were so fast! Our floors look amazing!The natural disaster left me so sad and hopeless and in walked Jennifer Johnson like a ray of sunshine. She helped us tremendously and I can’t thank her enough.
