FCI truly went above and beyond for us. I called them in a slight panic because we are trying to get our house on the market and needed this part of our carpet that was wrinkled fixed ASAP. They were so flexible and willing to work with us even on this small project. I called on a Monday and they came out by Thursday. They even worked with us a bit on the price. Ashley took great care of us over the phone and texting us, while Mike came out and did a fabulous job! I would recommend them for any job they are willing to do because they are exceptional. So happy with the service and communication with Ashley! She was patient with us, as I couldn't make up my mind. When it was time for the actual installation, everything went as planned and there was lots of communication along the way. Highly recommend.

Great communication and very professional staff. They did an amazing job thing in new hardwood with our existing hardwood. It is seamless and beautiful! Highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. We are already scheduling a second job with them because we were so satisfied with the quality of work.

Ashley was very pleasant to deal with. I think Melvin was the name of my installer. He was thorough, pleasant to chat with but then back to work for him. He said it would take about 2 hours for the 2 rooms and that's all it took!
