We love our new flooring that was recently installed. Our salesman William was so thorough and knowledgeable during his visit, he really helped us find the right flooring options for us. Our contractor Sal was top notch. A complete professional through and through. Any issues that were encountered were handled thoughtfully and transparently. Sal is a stand up guy and he cared as much about this flooring as I did. What a great job. I’ll certainly be thinking of FCI for any of our future flooring needs.

4.5 stars! Great product. Installers were skilled and efficient and cleaned up their mess very well. Owners were very responsive to questions and issues as they arose. It was great to have all the samples come to our home. Only reason not 5 stars is that the work was scheduled before the trim product arrived, although it was supposed to be in by install day. Trim couldn't be installed until a week later which left the house disrupted longer than promised.

I couldn’t be more happier with how my floor turned out. Jeremy came to my house showed me different floor options. He was Very kind and Took the time to show me different options that would be within my price range. David the installer was amazing. Did a fantastic job.
