Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. We prepaid for work that was never completed — not even close. The job was left unfinished, with parts of our home exposed, raw materials sitting around, and incomplete custom carpentry that we were promised and paid for in full. And what did they do instead of owning up to it? They filed a fraudulent lien against our home. Let me be clear: we had in writing that the project included stairwork, railing, and a custom built-in. We gave them multiple chances over the course of eight months to finish. They ignored us, ghosted us, then turned around and filed a lien claiming we hadn’t paid — when we had, in full, up front. This company caused unnecessary legal stress, disrupted our home, and abused the lien system to try to cover their own failures. It’s dishonest, unethical, and possibly criminal. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of skilled, honest tradespeople out there. These aren’t them.

In addition to installing wood floors in the major living spaces and hallway, and carpet in the master bedroom and closet, Joyce coordinated tiling the bathroom and renovating our fireplace. I could not be more pleased with the results!

We worked with Brad at Floor Coverings International to match existing hardwood floors on our recent kitchen remodel. He came to the house with a wide range of samples and we were able to find a perfect match. We ultimately chose a line of oak from Bruce Waltham - they were delivered quickly, and when they did, we were very pleased with the quality. The flooring went in without any issues and look like they were installed with the rest of the first floor. The picture in the doorway shows where the old floors meet the new - cannot tell the difference at all. Highly recommended.

Poor communication.. If project is too big or they can not handle - they are not responding. No customer service. You never get a live person when you call them.

Overall great to work with! Some of the flooring was custom so there was some delay in getting the materials and scheduling installation. Crew was great. Worked hard to complete the job quickly. They were very neat and considerate of furniture and other flooring which wasn't being replaced

The first week of July I contacted their office asking to schedule an appointment for carpet stretching. The gentleman I spoke to mentioned several times if they could give me an estimate for new carpet which I kindly kept refusing explaining I didn't want new carpet, only stretching in one room. After a little while he finally agreed to set up an appointment for the following Monday, July 7th at 11:00 a.m. I waited several on that day with them being a no-show. I understand that the stretching is a very small job, and maybe they didn't want to do it, but they should have had the honesty to tel me that. But they chose not to. So I returned the favor! I made and appointment with them to come and give me an estimate for new carpet and I did not allow them in the security gate to come to my home on Monday. My time is just as valuable as theirs and if they choose to waste my time -- I too, can waste their time! I don't know how their work quality it but their honesty is ZERO!! I would NEVER hire them due to their dishonesty!

The work done at my house was really wonderful!! I like the carpet very much and the wood-like floors are nice to look at and easy to care for! Jon was very patient in waiting for me to get the job done! Carlee was very professional and checked in on a regular basis! I had a few little issues (dust on everything) but Carlee listened to my concerns and always respected what I had to say!!!
