Jason was excellent to work with. Highly recommend, A++, so friendly and down to earth. Very helpful in showing what was within my budget and did not try and push high price point items on me. Ive had other salespeople from other companies who were super pushy and hostile when you did not want to commit on the spot. Working with Jason was like working with a friend or family. Excellent experience and my floors look amazing! Im so happy with them.

Luke with Floor Coverings was so easy to deal with and made sure that everything went smoothly. Matt's craftsmanship was outstanding and his attention to detail phenomenal. We are thrilled with our new vinyl plank and carpet flooring!

Highly Recommend! A Seamless, Professional Flooring Experience We had an excellent experience working with Floor Coverings International in Bloomington. From the very first in-home consultation to the final installation, Luke and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused. What stood out most was the convenience--they brought the showroom to us, which made decision-making so much easier in the context of our own space and lighting. We never felt pressured, and the design consultant was incredibly helpful in narrowing down options based on our style, budget, and durability needs. Communication was clear throughout the process--and that was no small feat as we were mid remodel, new construction, etc. A very complicated project. Timelines were met, and the installers did a fantastic job--efficient, respectful of our home, and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. If you're looking for a flooring partner who values quality work and customer care, I'd absolutely recommend Floor Coverings International in Bloomington. Of all of the contractors we've worked with during this move, they have, by far, been the best.

Luke did a fantastic job selecting products that aligned with our needs. Oscar's team did a phenomenal job with install-- two bathrooms and two bedrooms knocked out by a team of true professionals. I would highly recommend this company for your next flooring need!
