I am beyond happy with the new padding and deluxe carpet from Floor Coverings International-Southwest Chicago. Jeff was a pleasure with whom to work The installers were skilled, dedicated and very hard-working.Furniture was carefully moved and I absolutely love my new carpeting.Jeff, an amazing chef, always brought home made baked goods; so thoughtful.

Jeff is so easy to work with! He helped us make the choices that were right for us, was very knowledgeable and informative, and made the process so simple. He went out of his way to get the specific color flooring I wanted that we could only find at one place! He was patient when part of our other renovations adjusted the timeline a bit and his installers were top notch! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Jeff replaced my floors and lower cabinets, and while doing the work, he found mold. In addition to that he found a serious plumbing issue that was most likely the cause of the mold. He didn’t cut corners when replacing the floors, he handled everything the RIGHT way, including replacing the subfloors and making sure the problem was completely fixed. He was professional, stayed in communication, and didn’t give me any runaround. Everything came out great. I’d recommend him to anyone.
