We just hired Floor Coverings International to install carpet on the second floor of our house. They made the entire process super easy, from carpet selection (from the comfort of our own home with their mobile showroom) to installation and cleanup. I would highly recommend Rocco and his team.

We called FCI for an estimate. They had good reviews, and they said they had a full showroom in the van. Vince came, was very knowledgeable about both vinyl and wood flooring, showed us many samples, no pressure on what product to purchase, just pro's and con's. We placed, our order, and within a week, received a call that our product arrived, and they would like to deliver. Rocco, was our project manager, he gave me his cell, dropped off the product, walked the worksite, and scheduled the work to start at my convenience. The crew arrived as promised, ripped out the old carpet, and took out the glued on parquet flooring, cleaned up all the mess, and there was a lot! One gentleman walked around and nailed down any squeaky area. Way beyond my expectations, and they hadn't even started laying the new hardwood floor. The attention to detail, cutting out the moldings under the door frames so the new flooring slipped under like a glove. I can't say enough about the professionalism that the crew showed. Because of the attention to detail, it took them a little longer, than expected, instead of waiting until after Memorial Day, they came on Saturday and finished the project. There were a few little glitches, to be expected, but Rocco was checking the job site daily, and came up with solutions that I didn't think was possible. We have had a lot of work done in the past year, it's a older home, but I have never experience such attention to detail, and respected to the home,. I apologize for the length of this review, but when a company goes above and beyond, they deserve recognition!

Very happy with my experience getting new carpeting through Floor Coverings International. Communication was great throughout and Vince and Rocco made sure everything went smoothly. The installers were hard working and courteous. All did a great job making this an easy and efficient process. Very pleased with the results. I would definitely use them again.
