The work done at my house was really wonderful!! I like the carpet very much and the wood-like floors are nice to look at and easy to care for! Jon was very patient in waiting for me to get the job done! Carlee was very professional and checked in on a regular basis! I had a few little issues (dust on everything) but Carlee listened to my concerns and always respected what I had to say!!! We hired Floor Coverings International to install new hardwood flooring after a flood. Juan and his crew did an amazing job matching the new flooring to our existing hardwood. They were professional and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend them!

They did an amazing job with our floors we had a couple of bumps in the road but the made it up to us. Will use them for our bathroom remodel next year. Thanks Jon and Carlee and your crew. The movers were also amazing

Carlie and John did a great job replacing the carpet in my whole house. They had movers move the furniture in and out. They handled my piano and big antique roll top desk with great care. They were responsive with a minor follow up issue and I appreciate it there thorough service

Working with Jon and Carlee through the whole process of selecting, purchasing and getting our new flooring installed was amazingly easy. Jon is super knowledgeable about flooring products and how to select what is right for your needs and environment. The install crews were very professional and took any waste and packaging/trash with them. Overall, we are completely satisfied with our new flooring and the way we were treated throughout the entire experience. We highly recommend Jon, Carlee and the whole Floor Coverings International team. When the time comes to begin the process for our other project, we will be calling these guys!!

John and Carly were very helpful with the whole process of replacing our bedroom carpet after a flood. John came out and brought samples and got the carpet we wanted ordered and it was here in just a few days. Carly was great about following up and scheduling the install. The carpet layers were very skillful and did a great job. We are very happy with our new carpet and will use Floor Coverings International again.
