They Think of Everything This may be the most enjoyable experience you will have on a home improvement project in many years. Carly and Miguel have refined the new carpeting process to a fine art. First, they hire a capable and efficient crew. Then they instill in that crew the importance of customer satisfaction. Furthermore they go the extra mile to smooth out the inevitable issues that arise in this large project. Always responsive with a positive attitude in delivering a top-quality product with service to match. They paid extra attention to my concern about off-gassing from carpet fibers and padding, guided my choices to avoid this and reassured me all would be well. And they were right! I'm so glad we chose Floor Coverings International South Atlanta and cannot imagine using any other company. We highly recommend this well-run business to friends and neighbors. Exceptional service. Competitive rate. Very professional project manager and crew. Cleaned up the place and put back all the furnitures. The project manager worked very flexibly in our relatively complex situation just like a good old friend. We will engage them again when necessary.
