John, the sales rep was very personable and really worked with me to get the carpeting I wanted at the price with which I was comfortable. The installers who have been employed several years with the company, worked steadfastly all day and did a great job, cleaned up, and put the moved furniture back. Alex, the manager, came and checked on things and was readily available if I needed to contact him. I would definitely use this team again at Floor Coverings International.

I had an amazing experience with Jennie and Laurie! We are a general contracting company and our normal process is to have our customers shop around for the flooring that they want and let us know. When we connected with Jennie and Laurie, that changed, they were able to go to our customers homes and go through all the flooring options. Prices were pretty on point to big box stores, but the personal touch was great. Materials were delivered in 2 days and save us and the customer a lot of running around and headache.

I sent Bill one of our patients who wanted to get her bathroom redone. They fell in love with Bill. He showed up on time, gave them a great quote and gave them the bathroom of their dreams. What makes this company amazing is they far surpassed the amount that was quoted but still stayed true to the original quote. They did not charge the customer more because they blew passed that original quote. Good luck finding a company that will do that for you. Try them out you will not be disappointed.
