Kent is by far the best man I’ve ever had a home renovation job for. Updating your home can be so stressful and overwhelming and expensive but Kent and Mario took their time helping me find exactly what I love for an amazing price. They are so quick with communicating and so organized throughout the whole process and took such a weight off my back laying out from the beginning what to expect. Kent runs a team of genuine people with good humor and I will recommend everyone I know to them!

We recently had new carpet installed by Floor Coverings International, and the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic! From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and personalized. Our salesman, Mario, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. He made the entire selection process easy and even enjoyable—offering great advice and ensuring we felt confident in our choice. The installation crew, led by Jenner, was equally impressive. Jenner and his team were punctual, courteous, and incredibly hard-working. They treated our home with care and respect, and their attention to detail was evident in the final result. The carpet looks beautiful and was installed flawlessly. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the level of service we received. Huge thanks to Mario, Jenner, and the entire Floor Coverings International team for making this such a smooth and satisfying experience. Highly recommend!

Mario was our contact who patiently explained the process and viewing of the samples. The day of scheduled installation had an issue with the Van. Mario coordinated another installer who arrived later . Sam and Luis were amazing moving the furniture and installation went well. we had 15 family members for Father’s day who all approved the choice. Thank you
