We recently had flooring replaced (with carpet and Luxury Vinyl Planking) throughout our three story townhome. Alondra and Roger made this huge job manageable and worry-free, from the beginning, when they helped us decide the best options for our home and family, to the end, when they walked though every foot of our home making sure everything was just right, Alondra and Roger responded promptly to every question, communicated clearly about what was happening, paid great attention to details, and demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving skills when needed. Their installers were talented, pleasant, and efficient; our big job was completed in just two days. In addition, a team of cleaners vacuumed and dusted our home back into good shape at the end of the project. We love every inch of our new floors.
