We were thoroughly impressed with the service and professionalism of Flooring Coverings International. After encountering significant delays and miscommunication with other companies, we were relieved to find Niki and McKenzie who quickly restored our confidence in the process. Within a week, they provided a clear, detailed proposal, scheduled the work, delivering a high-quality installation for our vacation home on time and as promised. Niki understood exactly what we needed with the in-home consult (all handled remotely because of the problems we had with other companies after we had to leave town) and provided strong communication and advice. McKenzie handled the install logistics with their quality staff. From the fantastic installer, to the trim and painting team, everyone was top-notch. Finally, we were in good hands! Floor Coverings International did a great job on a wood flooring repair and replacing our ceramic tile floor with vinyl planks. The workmanship was top notch. It’s so hard to find a company that does a quality job at a reasonable price but this is one of those businesses.
