Such a positive experience, and, I love my new flooring! I met Jay Brown only ten days ago, and today I am enjoying my fabulous new floor. I cannot say enough good. I was led to the perfect floor for my newly purchased home. The quality is so much better than I could have imagined. The two man team of installers were very efficient and polite, I would not have expected anything other than, after meeting Jay Brown. They were informative and cleaned up great! I know I will enjoy this floor for the life of my home. “Uptown” laminate flooring is superb, a blonde wood look and feel; quiet and easy to clean, no deep groves. I just love it! Thank you Jay, and everyone at Floor Coverings International Jacksonville East. I must add that Ariana, in the office, is a delight, and makes certain everything is going as planned and on schedule. Hats off!

We are completely thrilled with our experience. Our project included carpet in our master bedroom and closets, tile in kitchen and bathrooms. From the shopping process with Jay Brown in our home, scheduling and coordination with Arianna and installation with both specialized teams, our experience did not have any negatives. Impressive! During the coronapocalypse, I had to relocate my business and install a new floor. It was such bad timing I thought it could not even be done, but my fabulous commercial property landlord Conrad at Prime Realty gave me a few names to call for flooring solutions. Jay called me back fast, and stayed on top of the game for me. fShe was a DELIGHT to work with! She ordered the flooring I wanted (and offered me some alternatives to consider without pressure), got me a competitive price that could not be beat when I called around, explained the details of how it could be handled during the Stay at Home orders (possible delay due to supplier factory shutdown), how it could be coordinated with painting the walls, and then did what it took to make it happen. I never had to call her to keep her on the ball---she was calling me first with updates. She got the flooring shipped immediately to cover 3 rooms and a hallway. The installation was done by two very nice men who completed the job in under two days. They even moved the furniture and put it back wherever I wanted it. Bonus points! The floor looks GORGEOUS. The wood look luxury vinyl planks were laid in a way that alternates the light and dark pieces so nicely, that I suspected they were hand selected for placement. The estimates and contracts were handled without any glitches or hidden fees. I got a credit for a change that occurred once the work began, that was in my favor. Overall, I could not be happier. My business will be ready to open when the Stay at Home order is lifted now. Thank you Jaye! Floor Coverings International Jacksonville East is the best! I look forward to referring you to others looking for an easy, breezy new floor experience. I know I will be looking at your area rugs next!

This company was awesome. From start to finish, Jim and Rafael were a pleasure to work with. Very professional and the install itself went down faster than anticipated. Would definitely reccomend if you are looking to upgrade your floors!
