David Sisson was very responsive, made us feel comfortable with the process, and is professional. As they started the floors, David came by to ensure everything was going as planned. When the floors were complete, David came to the office again to check how it turned out and to confirm our satisfaction. I knew the floors were going to be markedly improved, but I never imagined they would look brand new. OUTSTANDING WORK!

I have spent one month looking for a flooring contractor to replace the carpets in our house with LVP (luxury vinyl). I have contacted multiple contractors, some of them didn’t show up, others didn’t send estimates on time or didn’t send them at all, some didn’t respond to my questions so I had to chase them etc. I was very desperate and disappointed until I met Dave and Desiree from Floor Coverings International. Everything went so well with that flooring company from the beginning to the end. I easily scheduled appointments, they were very responsive, answered all my questions, everyone showed up on time and the flooring crew did an amazing job. Last but not least they gave me a very good price for the project and it was a pleasure working with all of them. Overall, my experience is not just good but EXCELLENT and I highly recommend them to anyone who considers flooring work. I will also hire them for another project in the basement.
