I highly recommend FCI NoCo & SoWy. I had excellent service from salesman through installation and follow up. My sales associate, Juan, listened to my needs and preference for laminate flooring and was able to make targeted recommendation. This saved us time by reducing the number of samples to choose from and allowed me to concentrate on products that were well suited and matched my color choices. Juan is knowledgeable and courteous. He addressed all of my concerns and provided multiple quotes allowing me to stay within my targeted budget. The local owner, Donovan Alonzo, was quick with price quotes. He is an excellent communicator and kept in touch with me from quote to post installation inspection. He is highly knowledgeable about his products and provided assurance and affirmation that I was making good choices for the product to be installed in my home. The installation crew was amazing! They were careful with furniture and got straight to work. This crew is fast and accurate! I remain astounded at how quickly the installation went. The crew knows what they are doing and shows a high level of experience with laminate flooring installation. The product, Builder’s Choice XL, Dover Beach, is beautiful and stylish. I am fully impressed. This home has never looked this good. All in all, great salesman, great owner, great installation and great product.

Working with Floor Coverings International has been the most pleasurable experience I have had purchasing floor covering. Donovan Alonzo came to our home and took the time to listen to our needs. He returned to his “sample stock” in his van and brought in samples that showed that he heard what we said. The second(!) sample he showed me was perfect. From that point forward, I didn’t have to worry. Donovan set up the installers and installation. The installers came early, were very professional, removed the old flooring, installed my beautiful new floor AND cleaned up after themselves with their vacuum! Since we chose the waterproof luxury vinyl tile I will never have to clean grout. The only problem I now have is—how long will it take me to convince my husband that I need the flooring in my kitchen changed. Thank you Floor Coverings International and Donovan!

I was calling around to get some quotes for my floor. I was introduced to Floor Coverings International. They called me to set up an appt for a demo. From the first meeting with Donovan I knew I made the right decision. The professionalism from him and his office manager Aszhia were unmatched. They communicated and kept me updated as to where my floor was and when to expect install. We got it done before Thanksgiving which was amazing! Donovan even came by to make and check out that I was satisfied. When Donovan noticed a slight imperfection he reassured me that he would get his installers back out to fix it. I only make mention of the imperfection because thats the quality you get. Mistakes do happen and he addresses the situation and makes it right. To say this business was top notch could not be a good enough analysis. I only wish I had more of a house to have kept them busy but I feel that's not a problem for them. If you are in the market for flooring please contact them you will not be disappointed. As I said Aszhia and Donovan are two of the nicest most professional people I have met. Will definitely keep them in the rolodex!!!!! Thank you Floor Coverings International! I hope to do business with you again.

I had scheduled an appointment for last Friday for Donovan to come out and give me a quote. The appointment time passed and no phone call or people at my door. I called to see what was going on. I was told by the person that answered he would get in contact with Donovan and I would get a call to reschedule. That call never happened. I will not recommend a company that doesn't communicate with potential customers.

Amazing company to work with. We met the owner Donovan, at a home show at the Ranch. He sent Juan out to give an estimate for new flooring. He was very helpful and polite. We decided to go with them and we are very happy we did. When the crew (4 guys) showed up, they were on time and prompt. After asking us a few questions they got right to work. They were quite impressive how well they worked together. Even Donovan showed up to see the progress. They did it ALL in one day! 👏 One of our concerns was the time frame of getting it done. My son started this job and then became unable to finish-due to difficult circumstances. Donovan made this vets dream come true!
