The new carpeting is gorgeous. Sandra and Tara were extremely helpful with presenting multiple options and finding a beautiful solution for every room. The entire process was seamless and the installation was excellent. Her team did a fantastic job - every room looks completely renewed. I just loved working with FCI. Be it expertise, knowledge, cost, thoroughness, or that personal touch in business. Dennis was so thorough and helpful in recommending the best flooring options that suited our requirements. He heard our needs very patiently, helped us at every step right from explaining the pros and cons of different kinds and brands of planks, to making recommendations, and to finally getting the flooring installed. Even the guys he brought in for installing the floor we super experts, efficient, and great to work with. I'm going to depend on Dennis for my future flooring needs and highly recommend him and FCI.

I chose a 100% wool carpet for my wall to wall carpet project. Dennis was able to order several large sample sizes from the company that produces this carpet so I could see the actual carpet and choose the best color option for my project. I also went with them over a big box store because they use a seasoned installation crew with decades of experience and who had experience installing wool carpet. It was a pleasure working with Floor Coverings International and I would use them again and recommend them to a friend.

We took 3 bids and decided on Floor Coverings International. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but the best fit for us. Dennis came out gave us their bid and really worked with us as my dad is 88 and has a lot of furniture that needed to be moved. The crew came out and were really fast, they finished a day earlier than expected. The work was professionally done and we couldn't be happier. There were a couple of loose ends that needed to be done after the final walk through. They came back that evening to complete the job. We couldn't be happier and the house looks amazing. We would have no problem using them again or recommending them. Great job and thank you for taking care of us.
