We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Liz Edwards at Floor Coverings International of Napa. From the first visit we found Liz to be knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and relaxed. She brought in several samples of flooring that not only met our expectations, but our budget too. Liz left samples with us to consider over the next few days. No pressure to buy or make a decision. Her enthusiasm for our project and helping our living room remodel move along in such an impactful way was great. We signed the agreement that outlined all the details and costs. No surprises! The flooring material was delivered by Liz days ahead of installation. The installation went smoothly. Liz’s installers were friendly, neat and productive. There were a couple of minor issues (squeaks and a transition strip at the entry door) that were handled smoothly and without a hitch. We found Liz to have a lot of integrity as a business owner. We love our new flooring! We would recommend Liz and FCI of Napa for any flooring project you may have. Thanks Liz!

And the craftsman skills and experience of lead installer Jesse produced a perfectly level and gorgeous luxury vinyl plank pattern throughout. Would I hire them again? Yes!

From my initial encounter with Liz Edwards to the completion of the carpet installation, I was completely satisfied. Bringing samples right to my home was so convenient. We recently had the pleasure of hiring Floor Coverings International for the replacement of our laundry room floor, which was in dire need of attention due to water damage. Two years ago, we had our floors done by another company using waterproof luxury vinyl, but they failed to install the proper moisture barrier beneath.
