Im so glad I called and made an appt. Chris was so great to work with. He was very patient and listened to exactly what I wanted. The best thing of all, I stayed under my budget. Art is the installer and he and his team are perfectionist. I also purchased carpet in the bedrooms and that team did an excellent job. I'm very pleased with this company. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International Carmichael. I wanted to support local instead of corporate. I know I received a better price too. Also quality of products and workmanship.

Hello to all reading! Conner and his crew of men are absolutely amazing! My husband and I left for work in the morning and when we returned we had beautiful new floors! The professionalism is unmatched! Communication was always on point! Conner even walked our dog and sent pics to us with updates all throughout. Upon our return the crew was busy cleaning and putting furniture back in place exactly as it was before. They exceeded my expectations with going above and beyond! Really poor quality product everything shows scratches easily and gouges easily. Prices were high. Salesperson left to get information on pricing and decided she was more interested in another customer and never came back. For product for pricing for customer service. You can skip this one

Excellent work. Work crew came in at 8 and we're done by 3:30, that's with moving furniture out and back in. Conner was great at keeping us informed with our order.
